First post - where I am now in my research
Well, as of today, I….
Yay!
Now, what needs to be done?
Only my maternal grandfather's side:
I need to write up Sparkie's story, too. She made it to 100, so there'll be a lot to write. Fortunately, I interviewed my mother several times, so I just need time.
I'll get there.
- Created this website

Yay!
Now, what needs to be done?
Only my maternal grandfather's side:
- Find out who his mother's father was (Campbel?)
- Find out if there are any other Coleman cousins that I don't know of yet
- Write out her history and the story of a little sister she never knew existed
- Go back and write up the Eison relations
- Who was Matthew Jackson Hanes and was he really from Louisiana?
- Why was his son, Charles Mathew Hanes, called "the little Jew"?
- Why did a cousin say that her mother indicated where his relatives (parents?) were buried in the Jewish cemetery in New Orleans?
I need to write up Sparkie's story, too. She made it to 100, so there'll be a lot to write. Fortunately, I interviewed my mother several times, so I just need time.
I'll get there.
